 Muscle is the key to so many things: keeping your metabolism in check, reducing osteoporosis, improving your strength and coordination, and improving your overall body shape. This program will be designed to keep you progressing properly and safely.

The center of our bodies is one of the most vital areas that needs attention.  Its job is to support the upper and lower body. A weakness can put a strain on your posture, lower back, stomach, and knee joints. Core strength is vital and it is emphasized in every workout to create the natural girdle we all have within.


~ Eating Plans and Dietary Recommendations ~
